This will be happening on May 11th. All are welcome to attend for some of the day, or all of it, if you can manage it! It will begin at 9am in the Lady Chapel with an introductory talk, and continue with Morning Prayer. The day will be punctuated with short services based on the ‘offices’ which have been used in religious communities since the time of St Benedict. Other service times are 12 noon, 5.30 pm and 8.30 pm. You can drop in at any time to join in any of these or come along to enjoy the quiet of the church, the gardens, and halls, which will be silent to give the opportunity for anyone coming to use the space for prayer or reflection without the usual bustle which affects so much of our lives, including our time in churches. Or even if you want to come and simply read without disturbance this would be a great opportunity to do so.
