If you are new to St Barnabas, or have been meaning to express your connection to the parish by applying to be added to our Electoral Roll, it’s easy to register. There are no obligations to fulfill, only rights to exercise. Simply download the application form below and submit it in one of the following ways:
- fill in the form (either electronically or by printing it and filling it in by hand), print and sign the completed form, scan or photograph it and email the image to the Electoral Roll Officer, Krista Ovist, at klovist@hotmail.co.uk . If you have a scan or photo of your signature to insert in the form, you can skip the printing step and do everything electronically.
- fill in the form (either electronically or by printing it and filling it in by hand), print and sign the completed form and post it to:
